• Refractory Inspector

Specifically, inspector with the wide experience in refractory installation activities, proven experience on physical inspection.

  • Involved in APQ, related test such as PLC, BD & CCS at laboratory.
  • Manufacturing Witness (Mixing product, Cast, heat treatment (dryout)) & Witness Lab testing for REFRACTORY BRICK as per ASTM on Bulk Density (ASTM C134), Cold Crushing Strength (ASTM C133), Permanent Linear change (ASTM C113) and Thermal conductivity (ASTM C202). The scope also on monitoring and witness the brick preparation and firing at 110, 815 and 1100 deg C as per ASTM C401
  • Provide as requested by client, inspector qualified with API936
